1. Definitions
"Company" refers to ASM AMUSMART LIMITED. "Member" or "You" refers to any customer who has successfully registered and accepted these Terms. "Shopping Credits" refers to the electronic points granted by the Company to Members according to these Terms, which can be used to offset consumption.
2. Issuance and Inquiry of Shopping Credits
• Shopping Credits will be automatically deposited into your member account upon completion of an eligible transaction.
• You may log in to "My Account" via the official ASM website at any time to check the real-time balance, issuance date, and expiry date of your Shopping Credits.
3. Validity Period of Shopping Credits
• All Shopping Credits will automatically expire 90 days after the issuance date. No replacement or extension will be provided for expired credits.
4. Rules for Using Shopping Credits
Shopping Credits are an all-channel universal electronic voucher, applicable for use on the ASM online store and at designated physical stores.
↳ Online Store Use: You must be logged into your member account to select the option to use Shopping Credits at checkout.
↳ In-Store Use: You must actively present your member account to staff and declare the use of Shopping Credits at checkout, where staff will assist with the deduction.
Usage Limits
↳ Online Store Use: The maximum amount of Shopping Credits applicable per order and eligible product categories are subject to the details shown on the checkout page.
↳ In-Store Use: Relevant rules are subject to the latest in-store announcements.
•Once payment for an order (online or offline) is confirmed, no subsequent deduction, cancellation, or refund using Shopping Credits will be accepted.
• If other offers are applicable to the same transaction, they will be calculated in the following order: store-wide discounts, member tier discounts, or promotional discounts are applied first, followed by the deduction of Shopping Credits.
5. Calculation and Example of Shopping Credits
• Shopping Credits are calculated based on the net amount (excluding shipping) of a single order and a specified ratio, and are issued after the order is completed.
• Example: For a net order amount of HK$300 with a 10% ratio, 30 Shopping Credits will be issued. During your next purchase, these 30 Shopping Credits can directly offset HK$30.
※ This example applies to online store purchases. The issuance ratio for in-store purchases (where applicable) may differ. Please refer to in-store promotional materials for details.
6. Shopping Credits upon Reaching Spending Threshold
• This is an exclusive member benefit. When the net amount (excluding shipping) of a single order reaches a specified threshold, the corresponding Shopping Credits will be automatically issued to your account after order completion.
7. Refund Arrangement for Shopping Credits
• If you cancel an order yourself or fail to complete payment within the specified time limit, any Shopping Credits used will not be refunded.
• If an order is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the Company (e.g., product out of stock), any Shopping Credits used in relation to that order will be fully refunded to your member account, with the original validity period remaining unchanged.
8. Rewards for Product Reviews
• Complimentary gifts or free redemption items are not included in the calculation of review rewards.
• Any images submitted as part of a review must be original and taken by you personally.
※ The use of others' work or images downloaded from the internet is prohibited. The Company reserves the right to withhold the reward Shopping Credits for any violation of this clause.
• By submitting a review, you irrevocably authorize the Company to use, edit, and publish the review content on any media platform (including social media) for promotional and advertising purposes free of charge.
9. Welcome Offer
• This offer is exclusively for the first purchase after successful member registration. Each member is entitled to this offer only once.
• Enjoy 10% off on specified items for the entire order by entering the promo code 【WELCOME10】 at checkout.
• This Welcome Offer must be used within its specified validity period. If the promo code is not used to complete a transaction before the expiry of the validity period, the offer will be considered automatically forfeited.
• After the validity period, the promo code will automatically become void. The Company is under no obligation to extend, reinstate, or provide any form of compensation for it.
10. Birthday Privilege
• Eligible members will receive one birthday voucher via email on the first day of their birthday month.
• If the month of registration as a member is also the birthday month, the birthday privilege will be postponed and issued in the following year's birthday month.
• This privilege is exclusively for active members of "WELCOME" tier or above.
• The offer is applicable at the ASM online store and physical stores. Specific terms are subject to the details listed on the voucher.
11. Membership Tier and Validity Period
• The validity period for all membership tiers (including "WELCOME", "SILVER", "GOLD", "PLATINUM") is 12 months, counting from the date the tier is attained.
• Upgrading or downgrading of membership tiers will be automatically assessed by the system based on the member's cumulative eligible spending amount within a rolling 12-month cycle.
• This tier adjustment process is fully automated and binding. When a member meets the upgrade criteria or fails to meet the requirements to maintain the current tier, the system will automatically adjust the tier. Members cannot choose or request to retain their original tier.
• During the membership validity period, if cumulative spending reaches the specified upgrade condition, the validity period of the current tier will be automatically extended by 12 months.
• If, upon the expiry of the membership cycle, the member fails to meet the minimum spending requirement to maintain the current tier, or has no consumption record within the past 12 months, the membership will be automatically downgraded at the end of the cycle.
12. General Terms
• The Company reserves all rights to add, remove, modify, or suspend all or part of the membership programme, offers, and these Terms at any time. Such changes will be announced via methods such as website notices without prior individual notification.
• The Company reserves the right to take action against members suspected of abusing offers, violating these Terms, or engaging in fraudulent transactions. This may include cancellation of transactions, freezing of accounts, revocation of Shopping Credits, and termination of membership, without prior notice.
• The above terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Company reserves the right of final decision regarding any disputes.
