Returns & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with quality products. To protect the rights of both parties, the following terms and conditions for returns and exchanges are established. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. All products are non-refundable.
2. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (such as selecting the wrong product, change of mind, etc.).
3. If a product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged during delivery, or is expired, please submit an exchange request within seven (7) days of purchase. The exchange must be verified and confirmed by our company or an authorized agent, and is limited to an identical model of the product.
4. Customers must present the original purchase receipt to process an exchange. Each product may only be exchanged once.

1. No exchange will be accepted for products that have been used, modified, or have人为 damage (including scratches).
2. The 7-day exchange guarantee does not apply to certain consumable products (such as cosmetics and skincare items). Please refer to the specific terms on the respective product page for details.
3. Our company reserves the right to make the final determination regarding the condition of the product (including, but not limited to, the aforementioned damage or signs of use).
