I. Ordering Terms

AMUSMART will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the prices, information, and sizes of goods listed on the website are accurate and up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to change the prices of goods at any time without prior notice. All orders are subject to acceptance by AMUSMART at its sole discretion and based on stock availability.

AMUSMART will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of goods listed on the website. If any goods are out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute goods of a similar kind and price.

All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant goods. We reserve the right to decline any order if we are unable to supply the ordered product or service.

The price of the goods shall be the price prevailing at the time your order is confirmed.

All product photographs and images displayed on this website are for identification purposes only. Actual products may vary in size, dimension, and colour.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong").

II. Delivery Terms

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the relevant products at the specified prices. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, even if AMUSMART has not yet accepted or declined the order.

The delivery service for the AMUSMART online store currently covers the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macau region.

Orders will primarily be delivered by SF Express.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incorrect PO Box, failed delivery attempt, or the recipient's refusal to accept the parcel, we may arrange re-delivery. However, you will be charged the re-delivery shipping fee, and the original shipping fee paid will not be refunded.

Please provide a valid mobile phone number in the order contact telephone field to receive the notification SMS from SF Express containing pick-up information.

The actual delivery date is subject to the arrangement and notification by SF Express. After SF Express takes possession of the goods, AMUSMART shall not be liable for any subsequent arrangements made by SF Express and assumes no responsibility.

You must collect the parcel from the designated service point within 3 days of the pick-up notification SMS being issued by SF Express. Parcels not collected within this period will be reclaimed by SF Express. You must contact the SF Express Customer Service Hotline at (+852) 2730 0273 to re-arrange collection.

If the goods are not collected within 5 working days of arriving at the station, AMUSMART reserves the right to retrieve the goods and cancel the order without further notice. If re-delivery is required, you will be responsible for all resulting costs.

When collecting the parcel, the recipient must verify the recipient information before collection.

If the delivery personnel have any doubts regarding the recipient's age (under 18 years old), they have the right to request the recipient to present identity documents or proof of age.

III. Self-Collection Terms

You will receive a confirmation email once the goods are ready for collection.

You may collect your order during business hours at the ASM Lai Chi Kok Branch (Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM).

Please keep your order number safe. Upon collection, you must provide the order number and contact telephone number to our staff for verification before the goods can be collected.

Any person who can clearly provide the order number and contact telephone number to our staff will be deemed an authorised representative for collection.

The branch will hold the goods for 7 working days after their arrival. If you do not collect the goods within the collection period, it will be deemed a waiver of the right to collect, the order will be automatically cancelled, and we will not accept any claims, compensation, or refunds for the goods.

IV. Registration and Account Security

Before placing an order through this website, you must first complete registration. During registration:

You must provide AMUSMART with accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration details;

You authorise AMUSMART to assume that any person using your username and password to access the website is you or is acting on your authority.

You are responsible for keeping your username and password for accessing the services secure, and are responsible for all activities or actions conducted using your password. AMUSMART cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements. AMUSMART may, at its sole discretion, refuse registration by any potential customer, and terminate any customer's registration for any reason.

You are responsible for every order placed after logging in and agree to indemnify AMUSMART against all claims and damages brought by any third party due to any person using your login credentials to place orders through this website.

You should notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your login credentials.

V. Data Protection

AMUSMART is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals' personal data and ensures its policies and practices regarding the collection, use, retention, transfer, and access of personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong law. Please review the AMUSMART Privacy Policy.

To enable you to enjoy the services, you may be required to provide personally identifiable data ("Personal Data") from time to time, including but not limited to your name, gender, age, telephone number, fax number, address, email address, credit card details, bank account number, educational level, occupation, family income, interests, and favourite activities, etc.

VI. Force Majeure

AMUSMART shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargo, strike, labour dispute, equipment failure, or any other such cause.

VII. Revision of Terms and Dispute Resolution

AMUSMART reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. In case of any disputes, AMUSMART reserves the right of final decision.

In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
