In these terms and conditions, "ASM", “AMUSMART”, “we” or “us” will mean ASM AMUSMART LIMITED, a division of AMUSMART and the "Customer" or “you” will mean any person, firm, company or body which places an order with AMUSMART.Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part of it,you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
General
► AMUSMART shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products on this website are up to date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to AMUSMART 's acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability.
► AMUSMART shall make every effort to ensure products displayed on the website are in stock. If from time to time products become out of stock, AMUSMART reserves the right to offer alternative product/s to customer of similar value and style.
► All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and AMUSMART reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable.
► The prices charged are those applicable on the day you order.
► All pictures and images of the products displayed on this site are for illustration purposes in order to help the customer to recognize the products only. The actual size, dimension and colour of the products may differ.
► These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the People's Republic of China. The Customer and AMUSMART agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. AMUSMART may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, AMUSMART 's determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
Delivery Terms
► When you place an order you are making an offer to buy from the supplier the merchandise you have specified at the price stated for those merchandise. You cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted, even if AMUSMART’s acceptance or rejection of your order is still pending.
► AMUSMART Online Store currently ships to Hong Kong SAR and Macau only.
► Your order would be mainly delivered by S.F. Express.
► If orders are returned to us for reasons such as incorrect addresses, PO Boxes, failed delivery attempts or recipient’s refusal to the parcels, we can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for re-sending shipping fees and the previous shipping fee(s) (if any) will not be refunded.
► Customers are responsible for all shipping charges involved, applicable customs duties, taxes, and any other charges that may incur. You may inquire custom office or S.F. Express for more details. Customers shall accept that the orders may be open by the Customs and Excise Department or under any necessary situations, AMUSMART does not accept that as a reason for return/ refund.
► Please enter valid mobile number for the order telephone detail to receive S.F. Express SMS notification which contains necessary pickup information.
► Please refers to S.F. Express arrangement and SMS notification for the exact delivery date. Our company will not be responsible for any S.F. Express arrangement and not responsible for any loss incurred after S.F. Express picks up the item(s).
► Customer has to pick up the item(s) at specified location within 3 days after receiving the SMS notification. Customer please call S.F. Express Customer Service Hotline ((+852)2730 0273) to rearrange pickup for overdue parcels.
► If customer does not pick up the item(s)within 5 working days upon item(s) arrival to S.F. Express Store, AMUSMART has right to cancel and request return of the order(s) without prior notice. Customer is responsible for all the charges and expenses incurred for any rearrangement.
► Customer can pick up the item(s) at S.F. Stores upon verifying receiver's information.
► Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. If the Products purchased includes intoxicating liquor, the recipient of the Products must be at least 18 years of age.
► In case of doubt on the age of the recipient, courier will require the recipient to present HKID or age identification document for confirmation.
► AMUSMART can change the terms and conditions at any point of time. In case of any dispute, our company reserves the rights of final and conclusive decision.
Pickup Terms
► Customer shall receive confirmation email notice while goods are ready for pick up.
► Customer can pick up the item(s) at ASM Store (Lai Chi Kok) upon verifying customer's information. (Opening hours: Mon-Fri 9:30AM - 6:30PM)
► Customers shall keep properly the order number. Customer shall provide order number and phone number while picking up the goods, ASM shall verify the order information and provide customer the goods for pick up.
► Anyone showing the staff of the Store with the order number and phone will be deemed as an authorized representative for order pickup.
► Customer shall pick up the goods within 7 working days. We reserve the right to handle the merchandise without further notice if customer fails to do so. We will not accept any recovery and compensation or refund of the goods.
*In the event of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Registration and account security
1. You are required to register before placing any order through this website. During the registration:
► You must provide us with accurate, complete and up to date registration information;
► You authorize us to assume that any person using the site with your username and password is either you or is authorized to act for you.
2. You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. AMUSMART cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
3. You must inform AMUSMART Customer Service at +852 3700 5780, or self-update your information in https://www.asm.com.hk/, immediately of any changes to the profile information that you provided so that we can communicate with you effectively.
4. You shall be liable for every order made under login and agrees to indemnify AMUSMART for all claims, damages whatsoever made by any third party arising from the actions of a person placing orders through this website using your login.
5. Should you find any unauthorized use of login, you shall notify us immediately and effectively.

AMUSMART is committed to safeguarding the privacy of individuals with respect to personal data. We therefore make sure that our policies and practices in relation to the collection, use, retention, transfer and access of personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) (the “Ordinance”) under the laws of Hong Kong. Force Majeure
AMUSMART shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of AMUSMART.
